Hello!

 

My name is Danielle Reygel (she/her). Thanks for checking out my portfolio. I've been involved in the animation industry for over 10 years, working on several kids TV shows, including Paw Patrol, Inspector Gadget, Muppet Babies and Fancy Nancy. I've gained lots of experience, working as a Texture Artist, 3D Modeler, Colour Key Designer, and a 3D Layout Artist.  I do freelance work too, mostly in After Effects and Photoshop. 

 

My current role is at Guru Studio in Toronto, where I work as a 3D Layout Artist. I enjoy this role as I get to see everything in the early stages of production and make use of my planning skills, making sure shots thought out in 2D storyboards will work in our 3D environments, and working alongside other departments to catch problems early on. It's also great for improving my eye for cinematography and has give me a great appreciation for this art form.

 

In my spare time I enjoy drawing, painting, doodling, sketching, collaging, and I’ve recently started experimenting with stop motion animation. Please have a look through my portfolio, where I share both some of the work I’ve done in both 3D animation, and my own personal portfolio of artwork.
